- Deliveries within Yaba takes approximately 30mins to 45mins after Payment Confirmation.
- We only dispatch meals after we have confirmed Payment or received full proof of payment from Customers. Complete Delivery will also only be dispatched only after we have received full delivery details such as name of recipient, complete address and phone number.
- Please kindly note that if we are sent a wrong address to which we already visited, this will lead to the cancellation of the order and we will not be liable for making refunds for it. If the Customer would like us to resend to another address, a 2nd delivery fee will be made separately for that.
- Upon arriving a Delivery Location, our Riders will be able to wait for Customers for 10mins max to avoid the delays of deliveries to other Customers. Please kindly ensure that someone can receive your order in your absence in the Event that you’ll be unavailable at the time of our Arrival.

ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS
Please kindly note that our major and most popular mode of payment is via Bank Transfer. We process orders for Pickup and Delivery only after payment is confirmed.
On the other hand, we receive Payment in store in Cash or via POS but please be kind to note that wait times may apply since we need to receive the Payment Alerts before we make the Sale.
*WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH ON DELIVERY AS OUR DISPATCH RIDERS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO RECEIVE CASH FROM CUSTOMERS.
DELIVERY & PICK UP PERIODS
We advise our customers to order way ahead of time to aid our effective planning and avoid rushes and delays. Our Delivery Timelines are – MONDAYS TO SATURDAYS – 9:30am till 7:30pm. For our Customers around Yaba, on some occasions, we may be able to deliver beyond these hours when it is possible and we will advise accordingly. If you’re picking up at The Bakery, please give us at least 7-10mins to package your order.
STANDARD REFUND POLICY
We do not provide Refunds on Bread or Bread and Sides delivered in perfect condition. Refunds will also not be given on packages delivered in good condition within record time. In the Event that you may have any complaints about a delivery made to you, please kindly inform us immediately along with a photograph proof to certify your claims. Please be assured that if we are in the wrong, we will do the needful without hesitation immediately.
We also do not provide Refunds for Payments whose Bank Alerts come in later than usual or Payments made in error, however, our Customers fully have the right to use such Payments for subsequent orders.
DELIVERY DELAYS DURING POOR WEATHER SITUATIONS.

Please kindly note and bear with us as there may be delivery delays during poor weather conditions such as Heavy Rains, Floods or Winds.
