Ever since a video of a man being killed by the police appeared on social media, things have not been the same.
Peaceful Protests have been going on in the country since the 2nd of October for the government to end SARS and police brutality. Citizens have been coming out en mass to protest, and there are no signs of the protests coming to an end until the needs of the people are met.
Seeing that the Nigerian youth are fighting for a just cause, Breadish bakery decided to support them by providing hundreds of bread loaves and meals at the protest ground in alausa, Lagos.
“The reasons for the protest are valid. We should all try to support which ever way we can” says Femi Fashola, Communications officer for Breadish bakery.
